Email signature generator

How to install

Gmail (web)

1. Click Copy signature above.
2. In Gmail, open Settings > See all settings > General.
3. Scroll to Signature, click Create new, name it.
4. Click into the signature editor and paste with Cmd/Ctrl + V. The Capption logo image should render along with your text.
5. Set it as default for new emails and replies. Save changes at the bottom.
6. If the logo appears broken, check that your email client isn't blocking external images by default.

Apple Mail (macOS)

1. Click Copy signature above.
2. Mail menu > Settings > Signatures.
3. Pick your account, click +, paste with Cmd + V.
4. Uncheck Always match my default message font so the formatting sticks.

Outlook (desktop and web)

1. Click Copy signature above.
2. In Outlook, open File > Options > Mail > Signatures (desktop) or Settings > Mail > Compose and reply (web).
3. Create a new signature, paste with Ctrl + V, save.
